Our standard Funko POP acrylic case uses 4mm + 8mm acrylic sheets. The front panel, back panel, and bottom panel use 4mm sheets, while the sides and top panels use 8mm sheets.
N52 Magnet Step Lid
Using 3sets of 5mm diameter N52 magnets on each side, totaling six sets of magnets. These magnets securely hold the lid in place, preventing it from falling off even with vigorous shaking.
UV Resistance≥98%
4mm thick acrylic sheets have UV resistance ≥95%, and 8mm thick sheets have UV resistance ≥98%. If you have special requirements, we can also offer sheets with 100% UV resistance.
Smooth Curved Edges
The Funko POP acrylic case features R5 rounded edges, and each one is carefully polished to ensure smooth edges that are safe for children.
